New Balance Run Club
Monday Run Training - Katara Hills aka "Purple Beast"

Come and join us every Monday night starting from 6pm at the Katara Hills Parking lot for a group run.

Warm up and Plyometrics start at 6pm and ready to run by 6.30pm

All abilities welcome as its a 2.5km loop, general idea is 1 loop warm up and 2 loop ( 5km ) at your own pace with trying to run faster than usual.

Then cool down and stretch afterwards with some ice cold water. 

Leaderboard for the 5km loop is available on STRAVA afterwards and be sure to join the TriClubDoha STRAVA group as well.

This is around a one hour session catering for all levels running from 10th June till end of 2019. Beginners welcome, can even walk a lap if you not up to running yet. Great way to meet fellow club members and improve week on week.
