•Standard: 1k Swim (3laps), 5 Km Run (3 laps)

•Kids1,2,3/Junior Race @ 7:00am –Run-Swim-Run (800m Sand Run, 150mSwim, 800m Sand run)
Children of club members (even if not members will be allowed to race for Free)//timing chips will be allocated to them //You have to register
