Weekly Training Schedule
TriClub Doha has up to 5 training sessions for members per week. The coaching is free, however non-QF staff need to pay a QAR25 contribution for Tuesday Swim lane hire.

Members Only Training

Katara Hills

COMMUNITY RUN and open to MEMBERS and NON MEMBERS...One hour odd group run, all abilities welcome starting at 6pm at Katara Hills Parking Lot. This is a community Run and open to all, so feel free to bring non member friends. Warm up before session and cool down stretching with refreshments provided.

Tuesday Swim


QF Education City

Recreation Centre


One hour coached swim training at QF's 50m pool. Juniors at 5.30pm-6.30pm with and ADULTS at 7pm-8pm for adults. These swims are now a TERM based swim charge which opens at beginning of each term and on a first come, first serve basis.


Wednesday Bike
Losail Circuit / QCF Huts
From September to April the Losail Moto GP circuit opens from 5pm to 8.30pm for cycling and running. TriClub will have ride captains for this training, but its not a coached session, usually meeting at 6pm and social coffee afterwards 


Friday Beginners Pearl Group Ride
Isola Dana

1hour social group (or individual) riding over a 6.5km loop around the Pearl Viva Bahriya area starting at 7am. Suitable for beginners; Juniors need to be supervised by parents


Friday Long Group Ride

Join TriClub Doha long group 3+ hour ride for intermediate and experienced riders who want to do 90-110km. This group leaves earlier from the Pearl and heads north past Lusail City, with a support car, to Lusail race track where a 5km and 10km loop is available. Contribution of 20-30QAR towards support car from each rider. Riders should be able to average around 28km/h for this ride

One hour coached open water swim training, followed by up to one hour of run training immediately afterwards. Often followed by a social members breakfast (if taking place at Kempinski Doha or Sharq Village Hotel. Juniors need to be supervised by parents.
