Format
Rather than fixed distances, the challenge is to swim as many laps as you can in a two hour window; either solo or in teams of up to four people. All laps started before the end of the two hour window will count.
For younger swimmers and beginner adults who aren't confident over the longer swim, there is a straight-forward swim over a course following the shore-line.
Course
The adult course is a 500m lap with an Australian exit between each lap. Time is recorded from crossing the start to crossing the finish (chip time).

Pass each buoy, keeping to the outside in the direction of travel - right shoulder for all bouys except the last.
