Saturday Open Water Swim, Run, Breakfast

This is a two hour session catering for all levels running from September to May each year. Typically starting around 6am with an open water swim there are groups for all levels. Beginners welcome!

Open water swim will last from 6am to 7am, followed by a run, a bike ride, or combination of the two. Each month a FREE Club Aquathlon is also held to practise open water skills in a safe, fun but competitive enviroment.
